Triple Deuces Handicap Singles Tournament - May 21, 2013

Triple Deuce Tournament Results: We had 47 bowlers in the Triple Deuce Tournament on Tuesday, May 21. The Champion for this year is Derrick Adams from Flight A. Jerry Peninger was his opponent in the finals from Flight B. They fought to the end with only 3 pins separating Derrick from Jerry. Second Place for Flight A was Curtis Drayden. Second Place for Flight B was Larry Hadwin. Third Place for Flight A was Pete Callia. Third Place for Flight B was Daneita Adams.

700 Club Tournament Results - May 5, 2013

We had 25 bowlers in the 700 Club Tournament on Sunday, May 5, 2013.  This was a handicap tournament.  There will be a scratch tournament for the 700 Club in August 2013.

This tournament had the most bowlers participating in a tournament at Holiday Lanes.  47 bowlers (men and women) for a No Tap Scratch Tournament. Thanks to all who bowled!

Here are the results from the last No Tap Tournament for the summer of 2012 at Holiday Lanes.  We had a great turnout with 42 bowlers for this tournament.  Tournament will resume in September 2012.

Holiday Lanes 9 Pin No Tap Tournament

We had 27 participants in this month's tournament.  It was held today, June 16 at 4:30 p.m.  We were finished around 6:30 p.m.  We tried a little different format this month.  Bowlers bowled 4 games (2 on one pair of lanes and 2 on another) and got to drop their low game.  We had several new bowlers for this month.  If I ever get all the bowlers together we will have over 75 bowlers!

We had 34 entrants in this month's tournament. Thanks to everyone who participated! Next month's tournament is June 16 at 4:30 p.m. New format for the next tournament will be used. Bowlers will be bowling 4 games (2 on one set of lanes and 2 on another) and throwing out the lowest game to determine the winner.

Holiday Lanes Bowl for the Cure

Update 10/17/11 - We still have a few auction items out and still working on final numbers, but here is what I know right now: Bowl for the Cure had 125 Bowlers (83 open bowlers, 42 league bowlers). The auction raised approximately $1500 (+/-). There were approximately $800 (+/-) in donations. WooHoo!
